Farm fresh eggs
Over one hundred sassy lady-birds run free on the farm, leaving a colorful array of fresh eggs in their wake. These birds eat a foraged diet of grasses, seeds and bugs and are supplemented with OTCO non-GMO feed. The yolks are bright and the whites are thick. Sugarfield eggs are available at Takubeh Natural Market in Williams, the Jacksonville Farmers Market (Sundays, May through October), and through on-farm sales by appointment.

Cook them slow and low in a little bit of liquid for tender, shredded meat and delicious broth. Available through on-farm sales by appointment.
