Herding Dog Training

Pony offers individual herding lessons and board and train for herding dogs. Hosted at Sugarfield, in Astoria, OR, dogs will train with a flock of Romneys on 9 acres of pasture.

Instinct Test - $30 - all dogs required to take instinct test to begin training with Pony
Training Sessions 30 min - $45
Board and Train month - $500

To prepare for board and train:
Your dog should already have a reliable “lie down” and recall.
Dogs should be crate/kennel trained.
Client responsible for providing food and a sleeping crate.
Includes a lesson for you and your dog at the end of the board and train period.
